That's actually a reasonable price if it includes a call-out and materials. They can't be making much profit surely.
Seeing as every DNO installation should include a means of isolation in the first place, they've got a bloody cheek charging any price!! Especially when every installation has been subject to ''Standing Charges'' for god knows how many years on the basis of serviceability/upgrading of the supply. Any costs relating to providing an isolator has already been paid many times over, .....and then some!! lol!!
