wow!
i used to work in a factory, that had a small conveyor system that went "under ground" below floor plates for about 50 meters. the conveyors were powered by small .75kw motors fed via swa on tray work. The lighting for the conveyor was singles, in trunking up to through conduit to the bulk heads. now they installed the trunking in the bottom of the pit and every year for about 3-6 month the bottom 6'' including the trunking would be full of water.
Motor fails, isolate conveyor, put pit lights on so you could see kneel and stand in water while replacing the motor!!!

So where’s the problem?

Forget the drivel in the reg’s, (they were written by idiots for idiots) what is the lowest IR reading acceptable.

In the case of my cables this is just one leg of a 10 fitting circuit when they were all together and still in the pipe the reading was as low as 0.16 l-e and n-e
