i want to convert the home electricity from grid to pv system but i don't know how to start.

The best advise I can give would be for you to locate an electrician local to you who specialises in solar installations. It's not a difficult task for one who has the required expertise but it is not advisable for an amateur to undertake such a task. Unless you have a substantial battery system which will charge during the day and provide your night time requirements you will still need the grid to provide you with power.

and i'm so much interested to build real project
we have here in Egypt many projects for heating
but not for pv
