Starting a solar three phase project, how do you connect the generation meter from 8 three phase inverters, or will each inverter have it's own g meter? Appreciate a response

Wire all inverters back to an 8 way db and then meter the incoming supply to the db with 1 3 phase meter

Possibly as above , but this does depend on many factors .
For a start what size of system is it , what type of install / environment is it , and what size and type of inverter are you using ?

As above, AC DB with suitable OCPDs, CT-set, kWh meter suitably scaled. Watch out for any required RCD protection and Section705 requirements, particularly when using TL inverters. Carefully consider surge/lightning protection requirements and any subsequent impact on aforementioned RCD selection, if applicable.

Also consider whether the possible requirement (dictated by the DNO) of an external G52/2 relay might open up options for integration of AC DB/protection into the G59 enclosure.

Thanks, so wire to the mcbs, out of the the main rcd isolator in db onto feed side of 3p gen meter then load side to the dno supply

Without any specific information on your particular project , who knows !?
