3rd ring from garage

I have supply in the garage with its own small consumer unit with a 63a breaker and 1 B6 and 1 B16 breakers. The garage has a ring of sockets coming from the B16 breaker. An electrician has added a wire into the 16amp breaker to a second shed. So that is 2 rings from one B16 breaker. I now have a third shed. Can I put a third wire into the 16amp breaker or do I need to get a whole new consumer unit with 3, 16amp breakers, one for each shed? Thanks

It won’t be a ring…. As it’s only one cable, it’ll be a radial.

So at the moment you have 2 radial circuits from one 16A breaker. Perfectly within regulations.

The second shed can also come from this breaker, or be linked from the first shed… or from any socket in the garage from that 16A breaker.

These sockets must have rcd protection if there isn’t already.
