Hello,

I had and electrian fit a bathroom xpelair lv100ts bathroom fan.
It works fine but the timer won't stay on after the light is switched off. We have the fan and a transformer box in the loft which has a dial on I don't have an isolated switch.
I suspect its something to do with the switched live but not to sure what to do to put it right.
Please can anyone help

Thanks

It sounds like either a problem with the permanent live or the fan controller.

If it was installed by an electrician, ask them to come back to rectify the fault.
