Hnc electrical engineer, level 2 adult Trainee Electrician.
Can I complete a EICR if I have a SCQF level 7 in the testing and inspection of low voltage installations.

In theory yes. However competency does not come with qualifications, experience counts for a lot more to!
Also need insurance!
