I use a Millwaukee WCE 30/0 wall chaser with a Bosch GAS 50 vacumn. Works pretty well.
 
i use a sds drill with a chasing chisel like the armeg ones since less dusty and just as fast esp on shortish runs (less than 1m).
 
Got to agree with the guys chiseling away wether by hammer and chisel or rotary stop drilling. Relatively quiet and mess free. Using a dedicated chaser still requires chiseling and the mess (especially without a vac attached) has to be seen to be believed! But if you are doing a serious amount of regular chasing then maybe worth investing in one...
