Lovely........Whats the other side of the wall to the CU?

Kitchen units, this was obviously 'under the stairs' and is now a wc, can see a fair bit of that wood panel coming off, got to get a cable out to the right through an external wall :-)!!

If you drop that bit directly under the board that sticks out like a shelf you might be able to get access...The bit in the corner looks like its boxing in the shyte stack. The screw heads don't look like they've been filled in and that bit wont be T&G. Looks like your best option to me :smiley2:
 
at least you can be comfy sitting down, and you won't have far to go for a dump.

Just be careful you don't fire the drill through said stack!!
