You need to speak to the housing ombudsman. Future tenants are more at risk than you as at least you know of the hidden surprises.

That is awful you need to tell the housing association that you want it done correctly or even get an independent electrician to inspect the work I know it will cost you a little bit but show them your photographic evidence and even say you have been seeking advice from this forum with regards to your concerns with the electrics and you’re concerned with the safety of yourself and family with the work that’s been carried out. You have to be firm or they will just swat you away
 
Has this circuit been isolated?
 
Isn't cables outside the zones in a kitchen why part pee came about in the first place?
