Fire grade for warehouse

Hi

Just wondering if anyone knows what the fire grade should be for an industrial warehouse with office spaces to one side.

What is the warehouse used for?

What escape routes do you have from the offices?
 
It is empty at present awaiting a new tenant, The escape route from the offices are via one main staircase, only one floor.
