Hi all.
I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction, i am doing some work under a Qualified electrician as i was hoping he would sign it off for me to get the ball rolling to get registered on a competent bodies scheme, I've been working with the electrician for over a year off and on while i was at collage doing my 2365 level 3 and have learned a lot from him but i was offered a job that am confident i can do, and the electrician has come a couple of times to inspect and has said its all going well and has given me pointers now the job is almost complete he is going to come and do all the testing with me but if he does sign off the work as a Qualified supervisor for me do i need to get business registered or something as that's the part i'm unsure about.
It's the first job i have done on my own all the other work has been with qualified electricians so i didn't have to think about this side of the job.
Any help greatly appreciated.
regards
Deano
