I was trying to replace an outlet, but when I went to restore power it tripped the breaker and cut power to my entire unit. Any idea what's going on here?

Sorry for the delay but I’m guessing that you already have your power back on but if a breaker trips you have to turn it completely off and then back on to reset the breaker.
