No cpc in twin

Hi went to a job yesterday customer wanted me change eye ball fittings to gu10 fittings the problem is there is no earth in cpc how should I proceed told customer it is unsafe they asked me to continue the work.

The CPC (circuit protective conductor) is an earth!

You can proceed with the work, but only if they agree to have the circuit rewired.

Install a seperate cpc or change from GU1O to MR16

boss most of the cpc has earth ground...
