Ok Guys need a little advice here!!
I've never known a bulb replacement be so complicated. We have a Fluorescent strip light in the kitchen, which will no longer come on. There is NO starter on this light. It has an electronic Ballast; I have used a multi meter and tested each end for power. One end gets a reading of 300V + and on the other end has diddly squat. I read that some tube have power at one end and not the other and the LED Tube, clearly shows which end should receive power. But still, it does not light. My question therefore is, do I have the wrong Tube. or is the Ballast Unit duff??.... should there be power at both ends?? I have enclosed images of the old Tube and the Replacement Tube plus the Ballast Unit. The replacement Tube is Plastic LED the old Tube is Glass like the old fluorescent Tubes
