In the August 2014 examiners report on the 2395 course, top of page 6, the examiner says...

"The first part of the question asked the candidate to identify requirements such as what must be agreed with the client,..."

Now the question related to the procedure for undertaking a continuity of ring final circuit test. I'm unsure to what he means by what must be agreed with the client. Does he simply mean seeking permission from the client to allow for isolation?
 
With it being periodic inspection I would suggest it is asking for ... Agreed scope of limitations and sampling rate as well as permission to isolate to be agreed with the client.
