Standard cable off site 2.5 for sockets and 1.5 what ever light cable is and
2.5mm HO7 Rubber 3 Core, 16A Rubber Cable to the board which I was told to buy by an electrician cheers

before splashing out on that, spend £700 on a MFT so you can test your work, pay your local building control £300, or invest in an electrician for a lot less.
