Here's one, I've just started working for a testing company, and this job is a new installation on a existing building at an RAF base. In the past I only tested the installation's that I had done, so I'm coming across something's I've never see before. Anyway the onsite sparks are installing new power and data and have also changed the main panel over. Today they finished the supplies from the transformer to the isolation switch. I got the dead test readings and even a R1+R2 reading of 0.02 across all three phases to earth. But when energising the transformer, and doing the loop test, I wasn't picking up an earth. The voltage between the phases where 430v, between phase and neutral it was 240v but between L1 and earth it was 208v, L2 and earth 96v and L3 and earth 126v any ideas why this is?

What size transformer are we talking about here, and what configuration is it, eg star or delta, plus what was the voltage between Neutral and earth?
