    Step drill to pilot hole then Q-max for me. Lovely clean cutout and reckon the extra time using the punch is offset by the lack of swarf and rough edges if holesawing.

    I think you mis understand my point. The ones that employ reputable, skilled subcontractors also manage the job, time everything in, and carry the overall risk. Many customers want a turn key one stop solution, and are happy to pay for that service, as opposed to trying to manage all the trades...
