    What's your preferred floodlight brand?

    I've got a job to replace three floods with 20w led pir with a manual override. We only really use Collingwood but I can't get them until mid next week which is a pain. Bonus with them is they are colour switching, struggling to find a similar product.. Any recommendations lads/lasses Cheers

    Recently signed up for a Domestic Electrical Installer course, need help.

    I'm a bit confused as to what this course is actually offering. At 19 you might as well go to college you get 2365 (2/3) free I think Ideally you want 2365 (2/3) but it seems you still have to do this after the course you just paid for? How much was it out of interest?

    How would one get into becoming an electrician?

    I went back to college once I was made redundant in late 2017. Got a part time job alongside college. Apprenticeships are only good for school leavers.. @AAGT I wouldn't even look into the 4 weeks intense courses. The amount I had to learn/study over 2 years cannot be crammed into 4 weeks...

    I've just completed 2 years at college doing level 2 and level 3 electrical installations. I have done the 18th edition course but have to wait for a date to sit the exam.     Ask your tutor for some guidance. Looked difficult to start with but it was fairly easy, make sure you measure your cables in the drawings..

    how has covid 19 caused problems with training

    I just finished my 2365 level 3. Had to go in college for a day to finish the test and inspection, few online assessments and its been sent off to be marked.
