    Yeah. It seems to just have tabs going into the top and a small tab keeping in connected at the bottom. It is in there real good

    I tried prying at both ends to bend it out from behind the notches, but was unsuccessful. Here are some better pictures with the bulbs and ballast cover off.

    I have about 30 4 bulb 4ft shop lights that I want to convert from fluorescent to LED. I need to swap the tombstones from shunted to unshunted on one side to do this.
