Earthing system is tns. 11 lights on the circuit doing offices on ground,1st floor and second floor. The building is covered in damp due to a leaking roof, so they have taken up floor boards etc on top floor to try and dry the building out for the next 3 months but want to let the ground floor...

If I had contracts for every light I have changed, I would of had to buy another house to put it all in.
I'm not sure many sparks would of turned up with a contract ready for a job as lilttle as that diditrain.
Don't do a lot of domestic myself but am rewiring my kitchen.
I don't really want a load of fused spurs above the work tops so looking at what ppl do usually when the same has been required?
Is it just sockets low down at the back of units or grid switching?

That was my thought tel, as this nailing or drilling and screwing the capping etc is a ball ache.
But for the fact of it being easier for future alterations is worth the few extra £'s.
