UK Meter Exchange - What does my supplier want from an electrician?!
My metering has 1 meter but 2 MPAN numbers, so that leave newer suppliers scratching their heads as they don't have the capability to deal with it.- hozza94

We can't switch suppliers Npower is charging some extortionate unit rate (22.5p/kWh for day!) Their system can't even support it properly, can't submit readings online or get an usage prediction, they don't even know my off-peak hour (had to research myself!)- hozza94

Didn't push any boost button, just switching on during the boost time (afternoon and evening) Yep, have seen advancing both rates. UK How does my dual rate set-up work?
In our case, the heating rate seem to be active for an afternoon boost (around 12.30-3, depending on the day). At that time, the teleswitch light flashes on the meter, with the status D indicated on the meter. However the general use still record in Rate 1 rather than 2 during the afternoon...- hozza94
