Since doing a BSc(Hons) in Computer Science, I've worked at a Horticultural technical sales company in the stores and with the sparky there, doing installs and panel building. I then moved to an Acoustics Company where I obtained my (basic) CSCS card and visted countless building sites to do Part E tests amongst other acoustics work. During this I started my "become a fully qualified electrician" course with the OLCI (for my sins). Done the theory, trying to get into the practical for my NVQ3 bit.
I then moved in May 2009 to an IT Support as the acoustics company was struggling and they'd have kicked me out.
I'm now engaged and a home owner with a marriage taking place on 1st May 2011.
Trying to get into the electrical industry, but no one seems to want to take on "Improvers" at the moment...
I'm not a "DIYer" when it comes to electrical work. (for your peace of mind)
Music, Sound Engineering, IT, am a Christian
