    yes you are obligated to rectify and code 1 on site which then will not stay as code 1 but i would put on report code 1 rectified in order to be able to charge additional .

    you should also check if the supplementary bonding is up to scratch in bathroom as there is no rcd protection to the circuit , and that you have deemed it unsatisfactory

    i think we all no that the main bodies are a higher standard although yes they are supposed to be on a level playing field , in my experience with the previous mentioned your in if you can pick out a test kit in a line up !
