Why not just split the tails, install a single pole c/unit.
And install an rcd board at the outbuilding, all refs met and no additional load on the existing rcd.
Massive pain in the ****. I've just been back to an intermittent fault on a new build. In the end, the ramp test on the rcd was low but not out of the spectrum just very very low. I replaced and the nuisance has gone.
I'd guess there's a fault on an appliance rather than any actual circuit...

Hi, I had a fault phoned in. They'd had other electricians go there who changed the 30m/a Rcd to a 100m/a rcd.
I advised it needed to be a 30m/a but there was no fault but upon further investigation once the boiler had fired up it would trip out after 1-2 min. I ended up testing it right after...
