It’s got a 6mm tne in it and you can visually see it’s not earthed. It’s surface mounted external to the building. Giving mechanical protection across a pathway.
I just wondered what people’s thoughts were as to weather it should be earthed being an extraneous conductive part? It’s fixed to the concrete floor and if there was a break down in insulation there could be a potential difference. If you do bond it could it be introducing a risk?

recently completed my cert lll gap training. From the uk and been in Australia for two years.
