We mostly use CEF I find all wholesalers you need to keep in check regarding price. With cef I can call them up and get them to pop me kit out anytime during the day and will open up if emergency outside normal hours for us (but we do spend alot each month with them)
With CEF I think it depends on the branch, my nerest cef is useless, I use the one where I used to live and they look after me, but you do need to check the invoices but as a business owner I check every invoice no matter where it's from
