    + 2mm addition to core drill sizes is more than enough for fitting flexi ducting . The bigger ducting size also reduces dB when in full power mode so 150mm is even better on a 100mm system.

    Why didnt you test it ?. How stupid you'd look if the radials had insulation or continuity issues and had to be ripped out again no?. However installs it tests and certifys it in my GN 3 unless its changed ?.

    Temp Colour the tips/ends with different colours , spin at high speed while looking horizontally at them not too close mined ! . The highest spining colour will be the lightest so stop + add wieght to this / others till they aligned horizontally while spining . Used to do this with my RC...
