The Dimmers are rated at 60W minimum - 400W maximum, is this rating per bulb i.e 50W or...

Forged quals, dangerous work!!! Long story but worth the read!

So dont i have to notify 48hrs before the jobs, the assessment could be weeks later? Iv been stressing bout this for ages, to get a job i have to be competetively priced, but if i add £166 on top of a quote for labc iv no chance of getting any job. Also doesnt the assessor for napit/elecsa etc...

    No longer competant

If there was a top year cut off this wouldnt happen, i.e if your certs/invoices/assesments/exams/jobs prove uve been a time served electrician for ten years or with a scheme for say six years then u no longer need to be with any scheme to do notifiable work. I think tht way it would be more...

    Certificates.

cheers lads i didnt know tht. So if say somebody asks for a circuit to be fitted tht goes back to the consumer unit, like a new circuit for a garage or a cooker circuit, u only need to cert tht work? (earthing and bonding as well) Not the whole house?
