36 amps load current per phase so go from there.
I've no idea the ccc of sy as it's not recognised in bs7671 as it's classed as a non British standard cable But most manufacturers claim it's to bs en 50525-2-11

SY is unlikely to be the most suitable cable for the job.
Presumably you don't mean 25kV but 25kVA?
