Hi All
I have been in It for a long time i can remember 8" floppys and when you measured memory in Kilobytes..Lol
I worked for Fujitsu and they put us on a weeks seaward Pat course and prompty sent us out testing with seaward it1000's .
I have a stuck with seaward and have a couple of europa's which i like .i have used the seaward primetest 300 which i also like. The economic climate is daft and i am finding it nigh on impossible to find any work i had grudgingly to go to the dole .When i did i asked if they could find me any courses etc .Last week i got myself booked on cg 2377 pat and 2382 17th edition .
I have an interest in electrical work and perhaps might like to pursue this a liitle further hence joining the forum and studying the present climate in this industry looks as bad and as ****** up as IT with companies wanting everything done for bottom dollar and agents taking the lions share of the contractors wages.
The rules seem very different here in Scotland is it possible to get mates type work here and get some experience that way.

cheers guys
