Best way to flip tray

What is the best way to flip tray when coming along the ceiling facing up the way but then having to come down a wall facing out the way?

Photos would help

you cant
you will have to have 2 separate bits of tray, one going up the wall, the other on the ceiling, you will not be able to make it continuous
