Holes in meter box near cables. Can you seal them using expanding foam or silicone sealant?
Do they damage cables?
 
stick a bitof duct tape over the holes.
 
I'd use intumescent mastic. Right product for the job.

Or depending on the holes you might be able to get some blanking grommets the right size.

Thanks - will use it to seal the holes especially where the area isn’t flat(ish)
