Come out of Barnet through Cockfosters on the A111 there are some houses near Trent Park which would make your eyes water. One has a concierge lodge the size of a one bed house. Some are under construction with tower cranes in place.
 
Fraid I live in the real world Mate, where Joe public wants his 3 up 2 down rewired, not some overpaid celeb with more money than sense want's their knocking shop rewired , as lucrative as it may be.

The situation Lee refers to has nothing to do with your 'real world'. You've got to live with the times, pal. If a customer is willing to pay for it, they get what they want.
Finished one in autumn with 5 floor to ceiling Lutron control panels, controlling automatic all sorts, besides lighting.
If you've got the money why not spend it...…..it is providing employment, after all.

Agree all credit to Lee, jobs like that demand big responsibility and bigger consequences if things go wrong. Things go right then even bigger things may follow.
