I have a 2.5mm supply in a loft and from this i have it going to a FCU which I then have my lighting mains for a switch coming from the load side of FCU , I then go from the FCU to 4 different sockets and then last in line I have to connect to another FCU for the bathroom heater downstairs , is this acceptable? (This would be a radial circuit as only one leg up from board for supply )

So long as it’s CPD is 20A and you meet disconnection times that sounds fine.

Pg 188 of the OSG refers - max CPD on a 2.5mm radial is 20A due to the cable only being rated to 27A.

NB - you said 'loft' in your OP which implies insulation, so check your derate factors as well!! It's 27A at method C, not buried throughout in itchy-scratchy stuff.
