It's because people are f***ing idiots and get drawn in by short courses which promise them that 4 weeks and £6k later they'll know everything there is to know...

The difference with an idiot in this trade compared to most other trades,they can be that idiot and cause a person or property great harm
I would not beat yourself up about the presence of these idiots ,you have only your own actions to answer to,it seems your dedication and regard for this trade is very evident
