Hi my sauna 6kw heater keeps tripping, it starts to heat up then suddenly trips off why is this?

no need to be sarcastic... i was wondering whats the most likely problem e.g. circuit breaker too small or cable too small

Sorry but your information is about as clear as mud.

Have you tested the element?
Is there sign of moisture ingress into the isolator?
Is it RCD/RCBo protected?

Without more info anything would be a stab in the dark, a bit like asking 'why doesn't my car work'.

not familiar with saunas but maybe a heater(tank)fault
is it an existing unit-not tripping on overload?

Stop being sarcastic

Surely there is enough information in the OP to diagnose it.

Because there is a fault somewhere on the circuit.

To the OP you presented a problem and got a diagnosis from the limited information you divulged what is sarcastic about this. This is an Electrical forum not a clairvoyant forum and non of us to my knowledge have a crystal ball that can see beyond the information you post

Apparently electrical clairvoyancy would be a good business to be in. I call first dibs, and like all good scam providers I charge £400 a year to be a be a member but I can survey your work remotely so no need for on site visits and inspections. Any takers?

I think they call it PPM find the faults before they occur

OK.

About 18 months ago you were posting about being an apprentice - so I'd like to think that you would be able to either outline the issue with more facts or indeed be able to do a certain amount of diagnosis??

bit more info would help alright

a new install designed correctly should have no issue with cables, breakers

existing unit might be damp,pump,heater(tank)

would also need to check warranty status

Hopefully you've sorted this now, most likely cause is a faulty element, they quite often earth fault only when they've got hot, as the internal core expands.
