Evening

just looked at a job where customer wants a swa supply down to shed

but also wants swa cat6 down there to (going to be his home office)

The run is 30m and will be cleated- and only burried for 1m to cross a gate way

The run is to and from same place...

Cleating them side by side ok as there swa or would I need to space them?

cheers guys

You would generally not want to have the power cables and data cable running parallel to each other for long distances as this will increase the risk of interference on the data from the power cables.

The steel wire will provide a certain sort of shielding but not very effectively, but if the data cable is itself shielded then this may alleviate the potential problems. I think the general recommendation would be to have a shielding barrier between the two types of cable.
Though if it is just an internet connection then the chance of problems are probably fairly low.

CAT6 as a cable has a different twisting or something like that to make it CAT6 rather than CAT5e.
Either of these cables can also have a foil shielding for the cores. I.e. the difference between UTP (unshielded) and FTP (foiled) cable.
It depends on what your cable spec states, it may be that all SWA has shielding but I am afraid I do not know if this is the case.

Done one of these recently and just run them side by side, I did ask a mate who was on a BT and he just shrugged his shoulders, no real issues, I ordered some cat 5e from ebay and got sent Cat6, run about 30+ meters and again no issues.
