Nothing at the minute as I'm back in the UK topping funds up as i've a house and mortgage aswel.
The out goings a month,
The land rent a month is 235$
Electric 50$ a month
The Cook gets 70-100$ a month (other half does this atm)
I rent each room out between 10-15$ per night, or 220$ a month...
I own the building's etc, as these are timber i'm able to take away with me after the 10 year's if I dont want to take the lease. Only things that stay are perminant fixtures as bricks cement, as stated in the contract.
It's in Cambodia, I don't own the land it's leased. I do have a contract in Khmer and English for the lease with renewal options once the renewal is up with a small price increase, it's a flat rate for ten years at a time. The contract's been signed and finger printed by my self the land owner...

Well I did say in the last two phone calls that I would be taking him to the small claims court. Any way this has now been resolved. I went to their yard yesterday and met him in person for the first time. 10 minutes talking to him, then I walked away with monies in my bank. Simples :13:
As funny as it may seem, later this year i will be moving a house the same way. I have a guesthouse in Cambodia on an estuary. Only moving a bungalow (same as pic) mater of meters but this is the way to move apparently or $500 a day for two cranes. No risk assesment or method statement needed as...
Yes Joe i read about that last night about having to go back to the courts to get the judge to put an order in for him to pay. I think I could be quit handy with a baseball bat my self.
