    Hi guys read plenty of things on these forums and now have a problem to post... Fitted a fan heater to a spur in a bathroom today. The spur is on 16A breaker and appears to be a radial. Fitted and switched on at DB and spur but no luck. When i tested the spur I had 240v between line and earth...
