    Quick update. Spent much of the day there - and its only a 2 bed house. Such a mess though. Previous EICR/EIC paperwork was no help at-all. It was a bad board change too, tails not upgraded from 10mm, main earth is still 6mm and no bonding to water intake. Big holes, no grommet strip, cables not...
