    So the single rubber cable on a 32amp feeding the house and kitchen sockets you would try and save and downgrade to 16 amp?

    I wasn't there to do a £450 EICR or didn't you read that post properly either? If your comfortable wiring to rubber cables then that up to you.

    I felt gutted , when I Told them it needed rewiring after only finished decorating. Especially when they just had a passed EICR !
