Why is it a smaller size with the butyl? Is it because they can reach a higher temperature without setting on fire?

Sorry I wasn't very clear, from the outlet to the cooker. The new cooker didn't come with a cable.

There's already a 32A type B MCB, and the circuit is 30mA RCD protected. I don't plan on altering the circuit.

Yes, it doesn't say which size cable to use... The cooker can draw 34A at full load, but with diversity applied, it will drop to 22A (including the socket outlet)
