I agree, have a look for some commons signs like overhead supply and such like, if you cannot find the rod for the Ra then maybe like people have said its now a TN system. From my experience with DNO theyre not always right :-z
Heres one how about the hoover IS faulty and another bit of equipment and the other rcbos are not functioning correctly ive came across quite a few rcbos that dont work properly and have been sent back to MF.
Obviously that scenario would be MORE accessible im just asking if its STILL classed as accessible? also is there a better kind of inspection box OTHER than an earth rod pit?
Is putting the box with the fuse and everything in just under the flagstone still classed as accessible if the fuse blows, or will i nee to put it all in some kind of inspection pit like an earth rod pit?
yeah i was thinking that, but was thinking the metal box would provide mechanical protection also, is it ok to put the fused live under the flag just like that then?
hi just some quick advice please guys, im working on a lampost circuit and the lamposts have been half buried so the inspection cover is underground, ive dug around one removed the cover and there is no fuse for the light, can I terminate the SWA cables in a steel box and put a IP68 plastic box...
I dont see the problem really, stick in a cpc regardless. Because A: anything happens or they want something changing most of the time you will be first one back. B: i know guys on here will follow the regs by the book but regs do change and chances are at some point it will be necessary anyway...
