CAN I CONNECT 10mm2 IN TO A 25mm2 Henley block?

I will be pulling out the mains fuse to isolate it, then will be adding the double pole proteus isolator switch and wiring the 10mm2 tails in to the Henley blocks.

I’m going to add a proteus 100amp double pole isolator. 1598210831 Yes Im In the middle of filling the form out to inform DNO. I’m installing a 32 amp 7kW car charger.

It’s says 25mm2 to 35mm2 on the Henley block. 1598210643 I’ve removed the foam. It was to fill the gaps as a lot of insects were coming in
