Had my Transit Connect locks picked last night (I now know this takes about 15 seconds with a £45 internet supplied pick) and all my Makita 18W drills, saws and battery tools stolen along with a cable locator and Dewalt laser level. Anyone in the north London area that is offered tools...

Doing Self assessment - Where is the section for power tools?

Hi all, I am completing my self assessment and need to know where I should claim for cost of power and hand tools, are they classed as a capital allowance? If so these are my options, and my guess would be that it goes under 'other' Thanks James Annual Investment Allowance:£ Allowance...

Apprentice tools

Anyone know of a decent kit to buy my new lad? I could easily make a kit up, but sometimes it's cheaper/easier to buy a full kit from somewhere. Just wondered if anyone has come across one. I'm not interested in the ones that supply tape and drill bits. :wub:
