Hi all,

I am pretty new to this group so forgive me if this thread is already someplace else but i have just finished my second day of my AM2 online exam done, installation done, and part of my testing done ( just have to complete paperwork)

Theres a few minor things i know are wrong with my install such as my data sockets i had to rough in because i didnt have enough time but bells out okay just looks terrible under the hood, the inside of the board is pretty rough but all connections are tight, correct breakers, conductor sizes etc etc.

Does anybody know if this will be a fail on the install or if it just gets marked down as a whole? I have 15 minutes left tomorow to alter anything during paper work time ( i only have to calc my zs' up for my circuits) so it shouldent take me long

Physical lack of neatness should not cause you to fail. It may cause an assessor to look more closely at the work to be sure it is compliant but should not lose you marks.
Incorrect cable supports, lack of cable clamps, poor terminations and so forth that do not comply with the regulations would mark you down.

Update*

I still didnt have enough time to fix my data socket properly. I managed to get them belling out "streight" but i punched it down wrong (upside down i think) will i fail the whole thing?

If it's that one thing I doubt you'll fail.

If you do fail you only have to resit the failed parts so not too bad.
