If they keep me on Im interested in doing 09/10 water industry in April.

Im working under two compex sparks doing containment, cables and bonding but not glanding. One has a petrochem background and thinks I could train for this as a competent electrical installer, as I have 236 pts 1&2 but not full JIB card. 12 years experiance, what do you think, should I wait maybe a year till I finish NVQ3 AM2 and possibly get laid off in meantime, or show them Im keen and become more usefull in the bargain.

Im the type of person who would go ..one full turn...3/4turn religiously,not just..yeah it feels right
