Couple of ideas, cover the lense with a yellow film.
To dim it, will need a driver change, its IP66 so you could end up damaging the IP to get inside, then you need to find a driver that fits and matches the electrical characteristics.

So either change the lamp to one with lower Kelvin, say 3000K, lower the wattage, or as i mentioned cover the lense.
